ABOUT ALABAMA HOCKEY
JOINING THE TEAM
The Alabama Hockey program hosts tryouts every year to select the team. All players have to earn their final spot on the team. Prospective players are encouraged to complete the prospective player questionnaire below. Players will also have the ability to showcase their talent at our Spring prospect skate.
SEASON INFO
The Alabama Hockey season runs from late August to March. Players can expect to play anywhere from 26 to 32 games a season. As a club sports organization, players are required to pay between $5,000 - $5,500 per season. These dues cover the cost of gear, ice time, travel expenses, and more.
ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA
The University of Alabama set a new enrollment record of 40,846 students in fall 2023. The average high school GPA of incoming freshman is 3.87.
